Rapid manouver quick slot

Rapid manouver is a skill that allows you to speed up your horse in order to make it faster. It's primarily used in pvp, but usually use see it in pve frequently also.
The thing with this spell is: it takes up a slot in your hotbar. With all the great add-ons personally I wouldn't mind if I could just change whenever I want to, but in PvP Cyrodiil this is not realistic due to the "in combat bug" that exists since years and gets zero attention from developers.
An Alternative solution would be to make this spell usable in the quick slot bar by pressing Q. (or any other 1 spell from alliance war). So you can have the advantage of using the spell without having to use a needed slot and the disadvante that you have less quick slot bars. Players could still choose where they want to put it so nobody looses out on anything.

If not on PC, or if you prefer not to use addons, I've sometimes wound up just sacrificing a bar slot for it when the in-combat bug is particularly bad.Edited by VaranisArano on September 29, 2019 12:26AM0 -
Royalthought✭✭✭✭✭Tbh, they may as well give us a specific buff bar when on a mount. So we have one bar setup on feet and a separate one for when mounted.
If rapid maneuvering can be cast while riding, why not Other non damaging buffs?3
