Firstly, I just like to say that I really love this house. Great location and amazing views.
However, it was getting a bit cramped so I shelled out some gold and had an architect add an open plan extension with terrace to take in the beautiful sea view

Wow, utterly amazing, brilliant!
And what i was trying to inspire when i mentioned the idea of adding a terras at the porch side (in another topic).
The porch side has a very far away invisible wall.

I am still not sure if i prefer, porch height (what u did), or at the height of the ledge below.

(Can't wait for Elara's response.)

Thanks @Donari it's easily the toughest item limit I've ever built with. I really hope ZOS takes on-board the overwhelming feedback to increase the limit on this house to 600

Amazing work! You make any place look fantastic and inviting! May I ask what flowers you used in the vases on the tables indoors? They are gorgeous!

Thanks @ErinM31 the flowers are the new furnishing item on the PTS they ae part of a Heartsday themed furnishing collection. The vase and flowers are all in one. There are 3 sizes, that's the smallest one. They are really pretty

I love the view and you have (obviously) done a great job, but the original house seems to have a very odd layout and only two real rooms.

With that and the furnishing limit (and my usual issues with lack of proper building items), I'm slightly unsure about it.

Wow! I am absolutely blown away by what you accomplished here! I am now much more likely to buy this place. I would probably not add anything to the entrance terrace but I will absolutely make an additional room from the porch area since the view there is just some ugly burned out houses anyway. Damn dragons! LOL I also love how you used rugs as wallpaper to hide the ugly peeling walls and it really changes up the entire color scheme and feel of the place, making it much more upscale. Kudos!
