Very slow update speed?

I bought a new pc and am reinstalling the game. However my max speed is 3mb/s and wont go up. Firewall is allowing eso and no internet issues..anyone else experience this?

✭✭✭✭✭Internet Prime Time a likely culprit.
One thing that can happen is your initial connection can set the speed for the whole session. While usually, the speeds will go up as traffic allows, you can force the issue by stopping the download and restarting it.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Yep I did. Got everything installed before starting on games. It's a bit faster now than last night. Didn't know prime times affected launcher download speed o.O0 -

This morning it suddenly jumped from 12% to 70% and then to finished0 -
