Battlegrounds - Hard try teams

Yesterday, like almost always, i had another incredible experience in BGs. There are days where i feel the matching is ok and days where it is a disaster after disaster. Yesterday was one of those days.
I reached the climax when in my team, one of the guys said: Another hard try battleground.
So I asked him what does he mean?
He replied that everyone has a pvp gear and they are hard trying.
I told him what's wrong with that? I also have a pvp gear and I am doing my best.
To which he replied that the bgs are not serious things, which is to hang out without major importance "hahaha".
I responded very clearly, that it is because people like him, both in pve and pvp, that the experience of the game becomes disastrous and carcinogenic.
Then I left, I didn't even wait for it to end. I was not going to spend another second that day to do my best. Not on top of a streak of games where I could not understand how one team if not sometimes two, are those who dominate with an incredible advantage, and I, giving my best, in the team that does not play anything, with not even Half of the points that the winning team.

✭✭✭✭✭here's my battlegrounds hard luck story:
I started up 7 new characters on my sister server...I've used battlegrounds, xp pots, cyrodiil and the main quest to level them all up to level 47...
the challenging part of the strategy is that in order to maximize the random daily battleground quest you have to place first or second...
I've played so many matches that my mmr will normally put me at a disadvantage with grouping...
to make it tougher still - all my toons are mostly wearing level 35 to 40 gear...I'm saving all my battleground and rewards for the worthy "bags" til I hit level 50, cp 160...
I'm starting to get my butt kicked cuz of the gear level I'm using...it just gets tiring playing dress up with so many different toons...
cam't wait to finally put on big boy clothes...

tyggerbob✭✭✭✭@geonsocal If you level characters often, or with multiple characters, maybe invest in a couple sets of impen gear appropriate for your class/role and keep them stored..
Then use an add-on like alpha-gear to swap between them and your training/questing gear. You can hotkey it and it's literally a keypress to switch between them
I went so far as to make different levelled gear as I advance from 10-50, and just change them out. Alpha gear makes it easy to swap your gear and skills for when you go to battlegrounds.. just a thought.. Then you too, can be a try hard!!
