Necromancer Emperor is actually GAMEBREAKING! Here’s why.

SillyGT on ps4 and Sleepin on PC.
I have way to many hours on this game 27k to be exact. 99% of it has been in Cyrodiil (Dec. 2024)
Currently have 15 Grand Overlords and like to role play as a stealthy assassin.

    looks like players who know what they're doing vs players who don't. I don't see a problem, I just see players who like to stack up without putting their buffs up.

    I don't get it. As someone who just PvE and knows nothing of PvP, can you explain as to why?

    I'm guessing that the point of the video is combining Emperor and Colossus. Hence the health level over 100K.

    Eventually.
    You don't even need to be emp to exploit it, emp just makes it so you can't die while doing it at all unless you turn your brain off while spamming bash

    What is most OP is Cyrodill performance. Better slideshows then in power point.

    I once watched a necromancer obliterate an entire army at the front gates in a matter of seconds using that ridiculous bash spam garbage. Easily one of the most stupidly overpowered abilities I've ever seen make it into a game and there is no excuse for how that crap survived testing. I can only imagine it with the emperor buffs. Never mind. I don't want to imagine that.

    So if console players are still having to deal with that bash spam garbage you're not the only one who feels sorry for them.

    Why is he getting ultimate while in collossus form?isnt it supose to cancel ultigeneration whlie in use?
    Is it an emp thing or im missing somthing?

    The ultgen from emperor is not stopped by the transformation, even though it technically should
