On which level it can be morphed? I thought IV but I have it on IV and still cant morph it .. so what level is it?

✭You have to have a skill point for it or it won't show and also once you get to level 4 on a based ability, you have to fill the xp bar for it one more time before you can morph (so technically it would be level 5)Edited by x48rph on September 22, 2019 9:58PM1 -
