I don't seem to have slow internet with everything else, but it could very well be my connection. So i'm not sure what's happening - i get little lagg spikes all the time and i keep getting kicked out of the game. Is this my problem or a server problem?

When you are kicked from ESO are you getting any specific error message?
How long have you been having this issue with getting disconnected while playing?
Today not so often. Yesterday every 10 - 20 Minutes. No error message, no windows updates, no other updates. It seems to kick me more frequently on the PTS, then it does live servers, but it's a lot better today then it was yesterday.0
