I have an ESO Plus account that is live, not through Steam. I have changed the password. I cannot log in to the game at all. Tells me my password is possibly wrong or my account inactive. Changed password again. Still cannot log in. Why?

What is the exact message coming up when you try logging in?
If resetting your password has not helped, you can open a ticket with customer support for help with your account. If you can't log into your support account you can follow the link below.
