Hello everyone,

I see always many people complaining about every patch, but then it happens that they adapt and continue playing or they quit, but whatever it is, in my opinion it seems that they miss the point.

In my opinion is not about bad patches and nerfs and changes is about the culture of a company and professionality.

It seems very obvious that they are exposing how they internally work in every patch, but more and more in the last patches.

What I mean is that they just put live things that then they totally change in the opposite direction in the next patch.

That shows to me that they have a weak intern system. They are lacking of a strong leadership that knows their products, they lack of time, resources and feedback to test their ideas to verify if they are right or wrong. And generally they have a very weak point internally that lead them always to an incomplete or half wrong/ right end.

I think all this is consequent of acting professional or not. If a company is good structured act professional and their objective is quality over quantity then it will be automatically reflected on their product.

I'm don't want to say eso is bad but is a sin that such a great game is being so terrible wasted in a big aspect.

I suggest zos to recognize and select better their staff, hearing and putting attention on first place to those which passion and professionality are over money and political decisions, that in the end are only are only a mask with nothing behind.

I feel they've reached the climax and just trying to keep it afloat now. No wonder so many people of the original team left, including the loremaster.

My thought after skimming through the statement. Suggesting Zos is unprofessional because you do not like the updates. That is a new one. I think we have a winner.

It's been how many years? Do they look like they are professionals running this sinking ship? So long as people buy into their garbage the only thing they care for is making money. It's not a business and not a games company. They do not care about their own product. I like to think of them as digital pirates IMO.
Um... what? You honestly believe that the recent patch notes is caused by unprofessional corporate greed and piracy? There's literally no logical explanation...

Make money by sabotaging yourself while simultaneously injuring yourself and driving away you source of income is not a direction any company is willingly going to do. Well maybe Riot and NCSoft, but they dont count, they'll never count.

Yes, they can and will make mistakes, cause they are a business run by humans, but to go to such extreme like what you literally believe (especially without evidence), is far worse than any whiteknight standing up for them denying them of any wrong doings.

Sometimes people leave to progress their careers or find new challenges. I've never worked more than 3 years on a single project. I'd hate to be locked into a project - - and I would hate for anyone else to be.

Yeah I do believe what I just said. Just look at some of their in game products in crown store and how its labeled in game and how much its priced at. All they seem to do well is making patch notes rather than releasing decent content. Also don't forget the bugs that will mostly likely never get fixed. I do not care what they have said or they plan on doing with bugs...an mmo thats B2P and optional Sub should have quality content.

Regarding the last paragraph... the staff at Zos probably love the game more then anyone else in the whole community,
and changing the staff will do nothing if the person at the top refuses to change their agenda/image of what their product will be.

Unfortunately ZOS is acting professional, doing what's best for their business first. And they are playing on a certain kind of psychology with the constant combat changes. If you hope these big changes will ever stop I have some bad news for you, The changes will get larger and more sweeping, and people will still continue to chase.

With out evidence to back it up, this is just a convoluted opinion patchwork together to try to ride that antiZoS bandwagon to the cool kids party.

Good thing we all have opinions then. I'm not going to bother doing extensive research to try convince or please you. Its my experience with the company.
