When you go in the cave just before entering Upper Baan Dar Caverns and you have to speak to Silhu-jo, he doesn't appear automatically there. Since all enemies had been defeated I could run all the way to the entrance of the cave.
I had to re-log to make him appear again at the correct location. Please fix this in the future ZOS.

✭Submit bug report in game by typing /bug in chat. They are more likely to see and fix it that way. But they could already have a fix coming. Better safe to report it anyway.0 -
