Khartag Point infinite loading screen

Khartag Point delve in Vvardenfell gives me an infinite loading screen, I've restarted the game and even removed all addons and the same thing happens.

Other delves work fine but khartag point doesn't.
waited 30 min and nothing happened

Repaired my game and nothing was fixed so it's not an issue on my part.
