There is a stealth bug that is VERY easy to replicate.
1. Equip Shadow Dancer/Night's Silence (non-Vamp)
2. Enter Stealth to activate the No Movement Penalty while Stealth of the Set.
3. Equip any OTHER set.
4. Character retains No Movement Penalty while Stealth without the Set equipped.
