I just did a little test to see how Lucky Cat Landing works as a building plot. I built a very quick rough town here just to test, and needless to say, with so much outdoor space, it worked great!
I feel that this video really does highlight how vast the outdoor space is in this home, not even including the house itself and the balcony! Lucky Cat Landing needs 600 slots!

I want ESO's cities to be built by Elara. Also, it perfectly proves your point as correct, that house is a large home disguised as a medium home because players had asked for mediums (but not in-pretense-mediums). It needs to be requalified as large to fit its actual size and get the 600 spots.

Wow, it's beautiful and you did a marvelous job! Sadly I probably wouldn't buy it with only 400 slots, and seeing as how I don't have ESO+ since I buy all my DLC outright, a ludicrous 200 slots is an absolute no.
