Game crashed, now I can't log back in [PC-EU]

My game crashed during a deathmatch in a BG, more than half an hour ago. I still haven't managed to log back in, not even reaching the char selection screen: launcher says I should check whether I have a valid internet connection, which I obviously have since I managed to log onto my NA char whom I created for Summerfall (oh, so many twitch crates to open there :O) and post on this forum.
Guildmates say I still appear online in the Deeping Drome, but when they try to whisper me or port to me, they get "account not found".
Now another guildmate can't log back in, and my friend who checked whether I appeared online is stuck in a loading screen.
I obviously sent a ticket, but if more people than just me are affected, it might be worth getting some attention.
Is the EU server having issues again? Who forgot to feed the hamsters?

my main account can log in NA just fine but I get "check your internet connection" from the EU server and only my main account has the issue..He spoke, the son of Padomay, and nodded his head with the dark brows

Using Steam version of the client.

So it is definitely not my client or launcher, it is something to do with the account.If you can't even spell sets, locations and items, you probably have no clue what you even are talking about.

Yeah, probably it's all I can do at this point untill some GM will kick me out of server forcefully or server will realise I'm not there anymore, but it looks like it is a global issue, so it worth urgent investigation1 -

And if it staty fresh isntal stop it. Clear old instalation, then run it fresh.
Or you will have new files added over old one and may get out of space in the midle/end of the instal

Don't worry, I won't repair a client which is working just fine. It is a server-side problem. (As I said, second account can log in.)
Please stop giving tips for new installs or repairs here for something which is clearly an issue on ZOS' side and has nothing to do with players own game install or launcher.

I said in the ticket that I did use the repair tool already (fortunately it didn't redownload the whole thing) so I guess I won't have such an answer... It's been more than an hour for me and the server still hasn't detected my "long time of inactivity", so I guess it'll have to wait for the forceful intervention, yes.
And it looks like many people are affected, but not all in the same way. For example, my friend from the guild says she could log back in, but got stuck every time she tried to port anywhere. So yes, agreed, I'd say it might be worth investigating.
I guess I'll just go to sleep for now...
