Incorrect names of Achieves

I found that some summary achieves have incorrect name of other achieves in them, for example:
There's no achieve "These colors don't run", it's called "Undying Endurance"
Or this one:
Says "Cradle of Shadows Champion" while it's actually called "Cradle of Shadows Conqueror".
