Dragonknight Standard and its Morphs Ending Prematurely

I've noticed in the past few weeks that the Dragonknight Standard and its morphs will occasionally disappear. The duration seems to be random. Sometimes it will not even appear on cast, despite me not being stunned. Other times it will disappear seconds after it has been cast. I don't think it's a visual glitch, because the buffs and damage it deals goes with it as well. Is anyone else noticing this issue?
