Patch Notes Bugged

I opened up what were supposed to be the patch notes and instead came across a steaming pile of garbage. I've tried refreshing but the garbage remains. I think a possible fix would be listening to actual players who know what they're talking about but I'm not positive.

EDIT: I forgot I'm supposed to include platform. PC/NA but I've talked to some other players and it appears to be happening to everyone.
