1. Get rid of the old emp. keeps and give us new designs and new places to siege from. This could be done by having the dragons totally destroy the emp keeps and having to have new ones built.
2. Let guild vs guild happen outside of Cyrodiil. Have it where only the agreed upon guilds can fight each other. This could be good for rp events as well as having new areas for guilds to pvp each other.
3. New siege dropped from dolmens. Like a ground oil that slows people or puts some other type status effect. (Yes I know we used to have regular ground oil, maybe bring that back as well) Have a meatbag catapult that puts disease as well as poison/ and or other stat effects.
4.Better rewards in rewards of the worthy. Some could have triple the gold, a gold temper, siege, just something different as well as the normal reward.
5. New motifs for Cyrodiil. Something like Battlegrounds have.
6. Let end of campaign rewards be better for generals and warlords ect. Like mercenary and mage contracts. Just 1, and would be character bound and must be used in the next campaign time per iod.
7. Divide Cyrodiil into two 12 hour scores. Like 12am to 12 pm would be one and 12 pm to 12 am would be the other. Player scores would stay the same no matter what time period they played. This would hopefully make prime time US more competitive.

That's not the idea, its more you can fight them in a city, any open area any where, and you don't have to worry about others coming along and stealthing and siege is different outside of Cyrodiil, cant be used.

Bugger that, you'll just have more idiots fighting around/on top of crafting tables, or wherever is the most inconvenient/annoying for other pplayers.

These I can get behind.
They have the gladiator costume now but having style pages drop for designs would be great. Style pages are the only reason why my pve guildies do any Battlegrounds at all.

1. Would be cool, but I'd even settle for something as simple as rotating the map. Maybe each cycle; home keeps change clockwise so from our current DC starts at the northeast corner, EP starts at the south corner, AD starts at the northwest corner. Same keeps and terrain; but for those of us who have played 1 faction for a long time and even since launch, it gives a refresh on the terrain.
8. I think siege is in an OK-ish spot where it is now from the last buff. Its effective except for hitting specific groups. Could looks at what those groups are doing and make the un-used siege we mentioned more counter to that. Lightning balistas, as an example; I have seen being used as its drain on the magicka pool messes with trying to keep purge spammed.
