Weekly, Bi-weekly, or monthly Events for PVP

Why don't we have events for PVP to get people to play each week, biweek or monthly. PVP has had one DLC in 5 years... 5 years! Come on and the DLC is basically dead. No one goes in there except for the current IC event, thats why more events for PVP would be great. I understand that it needs some major work as far as crashes and lag, but for future content come on ZOS give us something to look forward to on a more frequent basis besides twice a year.

I agree, it’d be nice to have some more events or even DLCs catered to the PvP crowd if they could also continue what they are doing for the PvE folks. The events really added a lot to the game and I found really encouraged me to try out new things I;the game that I never would have done otherwise.

Events I’d like to see? A battleground focused event would be fun. Like more than what they do for mid year mayhem. Double xp or ap (or both) are always nice. Or even some event that’d encourage dueling.

I nearly quit for good when they replaced mayhem with a pve event..A friend talked me into coming back and it’s gone downhill since..

If they haven’t fixed group finder then mayhem will be replaced again and I will leave for good..

I don’t mind only having 2 pvp events but when 1 of 2 that we get is replaced with pve..

You play PvP because you get 2 double rewards event per year, and if not you're going to spit the dummy? Really?

Whilst I recognise the need to attract new blood to PvP, I can't bring myself to be disappointed about the cancellation of MYM. Every time MYM happens, queues to play are ridiculous and even my lag gets lag.

I just like the double ap however the point was that 1 of 2 pvp events was changed to a pve event..soo yes that does upset me

If i liked pve I’d still be playing ff14, who knows maybe i should go back

You would need to design the events in a way that PvE players feel invited but not obligated to join.

I don't care about the AP, once you get to a certain point the AP is meaningless, and the event was changed because cyro is so broken it couldn't support it, and the group finder is in even worse shape.

But really though, even if they do cancel it, what do you really lose? An event that is "nominally" directed at you, but has very little benefits and a few drawbacks?

You could say that about any event

Where ZoS really fails is in player created content. There are so many angles for this they completely miss out on, even if you stole 3 or 4 things from GTA5 you could make cyrodiil so much more interesting, look at a game like GW2 with logistics playing a role in the large campaign and the need to escort or destroy supplies. There are so many content loops that could be enhanced by player created interactions, and they must have occurred to them, how couldn't they? But apparently they have little interest for that. It's a shame because that kind of content sustains itself for a long time. ❤

So, drive a slow ram across half the map delivering skooma whilst players on dragons blast me from the sky?
