Home campaign change

I'm sure this has been asked and answered a million times, but is it possible to change home campaign for free any more? And if so how? I can't queue a home change from 7 day to 30 day non-CP on my EP alt because 30NCP is locked to AD - but if I wait till end of campaign my EP alt will still have 7-day home?

✭✭✭✭✭On the character that is locked in the 30day, home him on the 7 day shared campaign. You will get an option for the switch to take place at the end of the campaign for free. You may want to make sure that character is not in Cyrodill when the campaign ends to avoid locking it again.0
