Talomar said no my problem is bigger than what’s happening in Cloudrest and he marched right in there and found me at the boss fight.

    I guess he thought this guy’s a warden he can help. He was standing there the whole boss fight I was actually laughing out loud.

    Never been to Cloudrest but I'm sure you won't find Alma Ruma there.

    Edit: I actually picked it up from an EP corpse near Chorrol (Balokdaan PC/EU) a few minutes ago and brought it home.
