Sorry to trouble you but our guild leader has had their account suspended without any explanation and no replys to her pleas for help. Obviously we think that some kind of a mistake has happened is there any way we can get a human to look at the situation and provide a solution or at least feedback? her ticket number is #190905-002047

For the rest of us, regardless of the actual situation, which we in the forums don't know enough to judge, ZOS and their Customer Support are the only ones who can actually help with an account suspension or at least explain as the situation warrants.
To everybody above. People have been wrongly banned before and then been unbanned after going through the long ordeal that is Zos customer service. Get some class and stop trash talking someone you don't know assuming they did something wrong.

They have but in EVERYCASE there us an email sent out telling you why.
