Alright...who broke streak?

I've been playing alot of sorc lately. Stam sorc to be precise. Some in Cyrodiil, some in battlegrounds. But in either place there's a common thing that happens...er...commonly.
I'll use streak, but when streak ends, I'm locked in place. I can't use abilities, I can't move, I can't do anything but stand there. Worse yet, sometimes I'll use streak, but nothing happens except getting locked in place right away. I'm literally stuck right away, unable to do anything.
Typically it only lasts for 3 or 4 seconds, but needless to say it's usually a death sentence, since I use it mainly to stun and run when I'm in trouble and I need to regroup.
This is awful. Doesn't happen everytime, but enough to where it's very noticeable.

✭✭✭✭✭the streak bug happens when you streak and would have stunned someone out of your Line of Sight. What instead happens is that your character is locked in place instead of being teleported forward. this all started in the same patch they made it so streak would not stun a target behind cover, but I believe that this is an unintended result.3 -

Ugh...if this is truly the cause that's especially gross in battlegrounds.
There's lots of obstacles to LoS.
It does explain why it happens more frequently in battlegrounds though.

✭Not sure if it's related but when I Toppling Charge on my MagTemp about half the time I freeze up for a couple of seconds. Maybe it's an issue with a delay on the sever calculating the position change?3 -
