Recently ive been getting a huge increase in my spell damage inside dungeons and trials. At first didnt notice because i tend stack so many buff (major courage, minor sorc, major src, apprentice, glyph and nirnh weap)
The thing is, this increase doesnt appear in my character sheet as a buff but people told me it was the dungeon finder buff and im pretty sure ive seen this buff only on characters below lvl 50

im cp 700
My stats unbuff outside

Inside dungeon&trials

im not using any addon that may affect my character sheet (lorebook, skyshards and action reminder)

Using the dungeon finder, for either a random or specific dungeon, will yield you an Equipment Bonus. This bonus is based on the overall quality level of equipped gear and max's out at 600 Weapon & Spell damage.

Yes, there is a buff when you use the Dungeon Finder. I thought it applied to all characters, just maybe less on Champ Ranked.

Personally, I use the DF only when I have to, so I never checked the buff on my characters.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

You might get a flat bonus that then can get buffed by Brutality/Sorcery and various passives.

you get a 25% spell and weapon damage boost, 2506*1.25 = 3132. IF you are under level 50, cp 160. if you are over that, the boost shows in your character sheet but does not apply to your actual spell/weapon damage increase to your heals/damage.

if does not apply why even show it? :/

its the reason people go through the dungeon finder, even as a premade group, both for easy access to the dungeon but more to get this extra dungeon buff on top of it

why anything? that is just the way it is. if i had to guess, probably just easier to not apply it to your spells.

you don't get anything from the "buff" using the GF over cp 160. try it out for yourself. test your damage in and out of the dungeon.

You do.... you get a weapon and spell damage bonus. As is stated in the quotes in your own post. Its not limited to under 160, it works at level 10 and cp810

It’s a UI bug, and your skills do not actually hit harder unless you are low level.

No. It doesn't work from cp 160 to 810. Come on my man, this isn't that hard. The numbers are wrong, after cp160, it becomes a UI error. Your damage and heals do not change. It takes 2 seconds to see too. Next time you are in a gf dungeon, look at your damage ticks, preferably from a single hit skill, like surprise attack or something like that and then go hit a dummy or even just go back into the same dungeon, without the "buff". Your damage is the same. Or hell, get blood altar and try out your heals.
