Eso logs broken

For some reason, I have lost the file Eso-Logs need to read out the raids. He always found the file on Documents / Elder Scrolls Online / Live / Logs. Except for interface.log and client.log there are no other files. I've already tried to create a logfile so I can access it, but the error message stays the same: Error: Line 1 - This is not a valid logfile. Invalid line was: 2019-09-09T19: 37: 17.916 + 01: 00 loading screen - RESUME_FROM_SUSPEND Completed. Can someone help me to make it work again?
