The most satisfying feeling in this game

Is when you're engaging a group of enemies with a healer among them, then the healer tries their best to heal their allies, as the enemy screams "I NEED HEALING!", but you still kill them before the healer's spell even starts to make any effect, then the healer is left with a feeling of guilty and incompetence over their failure at keeping their friends alive, then you move in to kill the healer as well...

It is quite comical how the game frequently makes their enemies plead pitifully for heals, as if to make a mockery of the whole process.

It helps confirm some of my earlier suspicions about the game. I've always believed there was at least some element involved in the creation of this game that was hostile to the concept of healers - and sought to undermine it from a design perspective. I don't know if I'm correct or not in that assessment. But it's the impression I got.

Luckily this new development team seems more open to the idea of healers and doesn't exhibit the same kind of biases I perceived in the prior. But anyway... I'm getting off on a different topic entirely so I better get off my soap box.

But to your point: yeah - combat in this game is often times so much of a joke you can simply mow down the other mobs and totally ignore their healer. It doesn't give me a sense of satisfaction though. It just gives me a sense of boredom and underscores why a lot of this game's content (especially the landscape) needs to be boosted to a degree that some semblance of strategy is necessary instead of just mindlessly killing everything in your path.
