Make some friends and go kill them. The platform is there to give you an advantage, not complete safety. Otherwise zos wouldve put sanctuary protection there. Or you could use the six other entrances.
You whine about not everyone having pvp gear/skills/max lvl, but this is the endgame buddy. Gear is easy to come by, pvp skills can only be developed by pvping.
There is a bug in Stonefalls that i reported several times during beta. It's still there ...
endgame is fashion and housing.

It's been at least 2 years that other alliances have been able to gap close onto AD's platform. Doesn't work on the other alliances as there's a death wall.

It seriously has absolutely nothing to do with faction lock. That's just stupid. This is happening on every server. It's just PvP taking advantage of pve
And the forums didn’t help either with people screaming about how they’d mow down every PvEr they saw this event.
Same thing with the earlier event when they would spam AoEs inside buildings where players needed to turn in quests. They grief PvE'rs for no reason other than a few giggles then after the event is over they wonder why the PvP zones are a lot of the time empty.
These events should be used to promote PvP and entice reluctant players to give it a chance after the events end. Instead it drives players away from PvP because their only experience is dying while trying to go through a door.
I know a lot of players would rather sit in long queues for a pug group that may or may not get through White Gold Tower instead of venturing into Imperial City or the Sewers. That is sad and that is why PvP isn't thriving.

How old is this bug? Someone has to know. I wanna keep track of their longest record for a bug.
