Interface disappeared after Teleport

Hello,
I was Teleporting from Eldenroot to Elsweyr (using the Horse) and then the entire Interface disappeared. All Lists, Chat, etc. I couldn't even press ESC.
I'm playing on EU PC Servers.
I couldn't find detailed build information. I believe this is Patch 5.1.8.
