ESO's Vvardenfell is quite different from the TES3 version, but the settlements you can found in both are (clockwise from South) Vivec city, Seyda Neen, Balmora, Ald Ruhn, Gnisis, Vos, Sadrith Mora, Molag Mar and Suran.
Notably missing from ESO are Ebonheart (though it's mentioned in a letter, if I'm not mistaken), Pelagiad, Caldera and Dagon Fel (in fact the whole Sheogorad region is missing)
Daggerfall in this game is absolutely different than original Daggerfall. Starting with the fact that original Daggerfall is probably bigger than all of Tamriel in ESO. There's just no point in trying to find resemblance. Look up some videos on classic game vs ESO comparisons.

Windheim is much nicer in ESO, it was way to dark and depressing in Skyrim.i was excited whan I saw riften. it was my favorite town from skyrim.although that was in part because of the thieves guild quests and part of the dark brotherhood. I haven't yet done the quests in therein eso yet. so I'll have to see.

Head down to the Thieves Guild sanctuary in Riften. As a fanatical player of Skyrim, the nostalgia when I first entered was powerful.

I'm not even sure the Riften Thieves Guild exists in the 2nd Era. The only (known) Thieves Guild during the events of ESO is in Abah's Landing, all the way over in Hammerfell.
Stros m'kai, the DC starter island, is the setting of TESA Redguard. The of course the obvious places like Vardenfell was the setting of TES:Morrowind and Eastmarch and the Rift are two major locations in TES:SkyrimHead down to the Thieves Guild sanctuary in Riften. This isn't true. There is another branch of the thieves guild located in Bankorai

where is it? in the sewers? i tried to enter but it was closed, and didnt see an entrance in the graveyard either (which in eso is just a few graves)

I misspoke. It's the Riften Outlaws Refuge in-game. It's basically the TG Sanctuary from Skyrim with different entrances.

Mainland Ebonheart, sure, but I meant Ebonheart in Vvardenfell, a bit to the South West of Vivec City, if I remember correctly
