Enemies such as wolves, mudcrabs, scamps, and other minor enemies can easily be killed by the players at ANY level.

Goblins, Red Rooks, zombies, bears, tigers, alit, etc;, will pose a slightly bigger threat early on while becoming increasingly easier and adopt current game difficulty for the rest of the game at around level 5 with big animals at 7.

Trolls, giants, mammoths, netch, indrik, cliff divers, etc;, are nearly impossible at level 3 while becoming increasingly easier per player level and adopt current difficulty at 10.

Entire game goes back to normal at 15 and forward with just delve bosses at least being a bit harder than they are today. Except for minotaurs and other enemies with crazy skills like them.

What's between 10 and 15? Well delve bosses being a bit on the tough side.

At level 15 we unlock two skill bars which means our character is tailored to be a fighter that just lacks the tools (skills you unlock) to reach their full potential.

People looking for a challenge can now do no gear no cp no skills run for early game and see a jump in difficulty while normal players will barely see any.
