Zenimax, dungeons bug

I have waited a lot of time for random dungeon, then ported in city of ash, and after loading screen - timer the dungeon has ended (I'am still in a group), then again loading screen and 15 minutes penalty.

Its 2019 ZOS such coding should not be hard
