PS4 Dodge roll and ultimate proc issue?

I saw this post on Facebook. I thought it was just me being bad at the game when this happens to me, but this has blown up with over 27 responses agreeing with the post:

Why are there no posts about how broken dodge roll and ultimate casts are. I know that I am not the only person that jumps and blocks like a Spaz when I try and dodge roll, or heal and cleanse instead of cast my ultimate four out of five times... Most of the people I play with have the same issues and it is not only in PvP, I have buddies that are dying in trials, dungeons and even VMA from not dodge rolling when they hit the buttons and from not casting ultimate abilities when they L1 R1... Anyone on in this page that has an account on the Forums PLEASE make a post about this issue so maybe, just maybe Zos will take a look at it and try an fix this issue.

I made a thread on this about a week ago. But yeah dodge roll is broken as well as ultimate casting. I'm still trying to cast a dawn breaker I got yesterday. Xbox NA here.Edited by usmguy1234 on September 5, 2019 1:56PMZaghigoth- Orc Stamplar

xeha_arwen11✭✭✭✭Yeah, a couple of threads have been made. It's a serious problem. I've died because instead of dodge rolling, I did a stupid little hop and stayed in the dangerous aoe. And I 100 percent know I had more than enough stamina to do the roll. This has happened to a lot of my group-mates as well. Dodge rolling needs to be fixed ASAP because it's causing serious issues in difficult dungeons/trials. I had no problems with dodge rolling until the latest patch. I'm on PS4 NA.0 -
jadarock✭✭✭✭✭Im on xbox na roll dodge is most definitely broken. There has been a few times lately that I let my character die after the hop because I'm so frustrated with trying to fight players and the game coders at the same time🤬
Ultis not firing has been happening to me for a year at least
