VCR merciless bug (Xbox?...)

In vcr going from upstairs to downstairs (or vice versa) completely drops all merciless stacks. This is particularly a problem for nightblade tanks as that’s a significant part of their damage mitigation.
I do believe this is due to instance separation where downstairs and upstairs are “separate instances” but it definitely hampers viability.
Also this same instance issue causes visual delay on add spawn when coming back upstairs.
