Thews of the Harbinger needs a buff

Should not this set be buffed? Tel Var sets are very expensive to farm for weapons and jewels, and block-proc sets are never a bad candidate for Sword & Board bar only.

Perhaps change "current Health" to "max Health", ala Knightslayer, or perhaps remove "direct damage", or double the percentage.

Current 5 piece bonus: When you block a direct damage attack, you deal damage to your attacker equal to 4% of your current Health.

Current health scaling makes the set bad.
If it was max health, maybe i would be considering it again.

This set was nerfed directly and indirectly several times
1) It was reduced from 5 to 4%
2) Health sets like PlagueDoctor were significantly nerfed over the last patches
3) There is a dot meta currently, and you CANNOT BLOCK DOTS > so this set is useless asf in most cases

From PTS 5.3.0: "Thews of the Harbinger: This set now deals damage based on 6% of your Max Health, rather than 4% of your Current Health. The set continues to deal damage regardless of range from the attacker."
