Nightblade not fun to play anymore

NB is nerfed for every new patch.
Perhaps the CEO of ZoS was killed by NB.

Have you played any other class? They all have lost flavor in place of proc sets. You cannot seriously play a stat build on any class anymore without being at a huge disadvantage, at least in pvp.

So because you cannot kill ppl with one or two shots and ruin PVP for them the game is doing something wrong, lol. I also play NB and love it, but just because you cannot kill 1-vs-x in a zone that was designed for large scale group play then game is wrong. To each their own.

No. Blades are in bad position cuz they don't provide much to group, have mediocre damage and healing and are weak against players who can counter cloak (two days in cyro, couple brain cells and one skill and you are ready to go). Class should be great at at least one thing and blades are great in none. Damage/snares/utility/healing/defence, tell me at which blades are outstanding and why

Nightblade is still very powerful. You just have to get better and adapt to changes.

I play MagSorc and Stamplar in PvP. So my first class has been continually nerfed and changed, forcing me to constantly update my build and play style to stay effective. And my second spent most of the games life cycle ridiculously weak, has only recently become competitive with top builds.

Nightblade (stamina in particular) started obscenely strong, didn’t get needed near as often as Sorc or as severely, and is still very strong. No sympathy here.

If you would practice rotations, farm gear, learn skills and set ups with your character class your's would feel like easy mode too... So tired of people who don't take time to practice, learn set ups, skills and farm gear call others OP and say they use easy mode because they can't beat them... Learn too beat them!

If you are going to gank from stealth you should be a very weak character in defense. If you feel the need to improve defense with heavy armor or whatever then your offense should take a hit.

Agree. It's amazing how many people are happy with free buff of personal dps this patch without understanding that it came at price of aoe damage, class identity and that this buff to absolutely everybody, so it's not like their character became better, it's simply free increase of stats on generic abilities for everyone.

Great, another useless comment about nothing. I'm not saying that my build is better/worse only that magblade suppose to be dd with good burst, now is weak dotblade. So if you came here for insightfuls, just try to do comment that is intresting for at least one person

You clearly don’t read I’m a 6 year vet of stamblade I’m a Grand Overlord I’ve mastered every aspect of the class

Yet all other classes running heavy don’t take a hit to dps thanks to the proc sets they created

ZOS removed half of the tools from NB kit that made it an effective open world class and they will probably nerf cloak next because people who need to L2P keep crying on the forums. Last time NB was "OP" was when proc sets were OP which if you recall also made other classes OP too. If they remove the stupid silence from Incap and add the stun back in or defile and add fracture back to SA then NB will be in a slightly better place but until then the class is not fun to play in the slightest. My Stamden and Stam Sorc literally have better burst and healing than my NB which I've been playing for years...

Instead of arguing about each other’s classes how about we all agree that zos has had no clue what they are doing for the entire life span of this game and continue to nerf everyone only to later be buffed and nerfed again. I’ve never seen a game in such a vicious cycle of nerfs and buffs. It can’t be that hard to balance this game for good. I just can’t see this way they are going doing nothing but harm and driving players away...

Very hard for anyone to give any kind of sympathy towards: Dks, NBs, and Sorcs.

These classes have had the most going for them most of the time.

I see this patch bringing generic abilities in line for classes that did not have native access to them aka the non listed above classes.

I also find Magblade to be super fun this patch. More so against old META humpers.

Depends how you play it. I am not an end game player so I do not min/max but I can tell you what I CAN do as a casual player. I can:

- Do all normal dungeons
- I can do all vet dungeons with ease
- Complete HM on vet dungeons
- I complete Vet trials just fine (12 or 4 person)
- Run flawless runs on vMA
- Switch to PVP and get kills and also be killed (it's the name of the game)

Unless you are one of the end game min/maxers, it's ridiculous to complain every. single. patch. when one build is not the META. It rotates constantly between patches. At one point Mageblades were top tier DD. It's been like this for years. ZOS always changes something and no matter what, one class will OP while others will be shadowed out and people complain and then ZOS tries to fix that and it's an endless cycle.

I play a Mageblade because it's fun and I play it 95% of the time. So what can you NOT do on your Mageblade that not being stronger with DOTS is ruining your play experience? I really want to know because I consider myself a very casual Mageblade but I can literally do anything in the game and progress with my Mageblade.

I have just came to terms that ZOS will NEVER have things balanced so I play what I love regardless of META. Unless something is WAY out of place where it's unplayable, yes, I will argue it but if there's a small amount of DD between two builds....I could careless because I am not the 1% that Min/Maxs.

TBH, I forget cloak gives crit damage and I have the heal-ey version of cloak. I run around with my boyfriend and he can't cloak so I may as well die and spawn with him when we get overwhelmed.
