Hi I’ve been playing eso since launch on pc and have since transfered to console so I just now got to test this new DOT meta..
As a mostly solo and sometimes 2-4 man pvper all’s I have to say to zenimax is WTF are you doing to our game? Elsweyr was far more balanced than this garbage... 95% of my death recaps are dots... dots with 40k tool tips are NOT ok honestly WTF?

    Every class has access to Purge from Alliance tree. Maybe learn the game first!
