Xbox controller disconnect/reconnect

This is the only *** game where this happens all the time. As if the lag and crap performance isn’t bad enough.

Anyone have a fix or similar issues?

I have this issue but I thought it's just all my cables or the controller miniusb port not working. ESO is the only game I play with controller and my controller is a year old and lightly used.

Try turning rumble off in the menus. I encountered an issue where rumble would disconnect my controller but the overall issue still continues sometimes. Might just have 5 bad cables.

I had this problem fairly often, on Xbox and pc. I always have an iPad and/or phone next to me while playing, sometimes I’d keep them on the table in front of me. Now I keep them a few feet away to my side (not between the Xbox/pc and where I’m sitting). Apparently one or both devices were interfering with the controller signal.

I had this problem with only one wireless controller. I was fairly confident that it was just an issue with that controller so I just returned it and have not had the issue since. I have gone through about a half dozen controllers playing ESO as I always end up breaking the RB and/or LB after a while.

You can order replacements on amazone from Chine rather cheap and easy to fix with a controller kit.

I have this problem all the time since recently. Happens like 5 times a night for no good reason, it also reconnects without doing anything (not touching cable nothing just wait and it comes back up).

While playing as a tank in PVE and doing a lot of PVP this is really annoying and does kill me.

@ZOS_GinaBruno , please look at this as a bug report.

Never had this issue, maybe its your cable.

Also, just to add some info, I have a brand new controller, I’ve tried turning off rumble. It’s obviously related to the game because it never happens outside ESO
