This is an excellent passive for magsorc in pvp since Curse and Ward are core magsorc pvp skills so every magsorc build is sure to benefit from this passive, but stamsorcs in pvp on the other hand realistically only have bound armor and atro ulti to proc these passives, both of which requires you to sacrifice other skills to equip. It would be nice if this passive does not require a condition to proc.

But honestly i doubt they will put off the requirement without nerfing the passive accordingly. So yep, give us better options to proc it.
