Bug with Murkmire achievement "The River of Rebirth"

I am missing the achievement "The River of Rebirth" even though I have finished the "By River and Root" quest which is the final quest in the main storyline for Murkmire. This achievement is required for the Hero of Murkmire achievement so it is very important to me as I am aiming at getting all achievements in the game. I have attached some images where it shows in the chat that I have indeed finished the quest but there is no information about the achievement being unlocked, unlike the previous quests. How can this be resolved since this is a big deal for me? I don't even mind doing all the Murkmire quests all over again if resetting them for my character is an option.
