The old blue screen after backing from a crafting table in Vivec is back...

So... guild histories are back, and so is that old chestnut that used to blue screen you if you moved too soon after exiting a craft table in Vivec... It's intermittent, but it ain't half a kick in the crotch.
And blue screens regularly these days end up being black screens - that are long and drawn out before the blue screen rears it's unwanted and ugly head.
And yes... my ports are forwarded... my connection is hardwired... my internet is stable... my option file is regularly deleted and my console is power cycled.
