BG, PvP, it seems the only class I run into are Mag and StamPlars.
My death cap is always Toping charge, biting jabs from 4 different players, and power of the light.
I actually MISS the twilight killing me. Where’s all the NB? The Sorcs? Where’s any variety?!?!?

I'm sure it's the meta chasers plus those who had shelved their magplars for a time lol. It'll die down when they realise other classes do just fine with some (sometimes major) tweaking.

At least going against Templars you see them coming and prepare to fight. Is not like they use Teleport Strike from stealth.

This is just one persons perspectives on what they see on a small scale when infact it just isn't accurate whatsoever.
I'm pretty sure there are many players out there that don't even have a Templar character.
Including myself.

Too true. Templars are not the problem, but as they have class access to a purge I'm sure plenty of people dusted off their old Templar toons to combat the single target Dot's.

I think since the patch launched I counted total of eleven Templar out and about between BGs, Cyrodill (both CP and Non CP) and dungeon runs; normal and vet. 7 of which here actually stamina the the other 4 magicka.

It is all perspective and time of your log in / play time. As well the ones I encountered, were average / mediocre at best - nothing to make a thread about.

You aren't crazy. Most BGs matches have more Templars than any other class.

There will be nerfs and many will go back to whatever other flavor they were playing.

I predicted that this will happen. Wherever any class becomes better then magsorc in PVP for at least one patch, "nerf dat" hysteria immediately begins.

I admit i play Templar as my main. But that was after they nerfed my NB sneak to class rank 50. I was only lvl 30 or so. Originally stealth was 3 seconds PLUS another 2 after passives. Now it’s 1 second and you get the 3 sec back at 50 shadow passive.

So i literally could not stealth most of my way through the early levels. Once i began regularly dying to mob confrontations, as I was built like a sneak attacker, i just left the class

My point being, i turned to Templar as it’s the only class that hasn’t been totally buttfudged. Jesus beam nerf didn’t count as that skill was worse than Eye of Cheese

The PvP community is lazy af. I mean 95% of these meta hopping Magplars I come across in Cyro pop entropy and soul trap and then hit you with Jesus beam and that’s their whole *** play, they just freeze or run if that doesn’t kill you. And idk what’s saddest, these types of the fact that a lot of people probably do die to them. Although to be fair it is pretty satisfying to shrug of these attacks and just plow through them. Of course then you’re likely to be accused of cheating.

It's just Templar's turn to stand on the top pedestal and be a demi-god for a patch or two, that's all. Templar is crazy good this patch as it synergises the most with DoT's, and also had a few of its tools buffed which further help it synergise with DoT's.

they changed how cloak works with veil passive a patch ago. seems like you dont read them notes.

it seems that way. Gonna try and get a stamnb set up before i try templar but this patch is making it really difficult to solo pvp if you dont have purge, even with good healing it isnt enough.

Nah, Elsweyr patch was met with overall silent approval. It was obvious sorc will be standing out as OP cause everyone else was nerfed, but majority were saying that's ok.

And what's the problem? Very few people can survive 4+ in noCP and still output damage.

You'll be happy to know I routinely kill 8 people in BGs solo on my DK. Good thing everyone ran to templar, eh?
