Idk how wide spread this issue is but I am finding some evidence of it online. Im playing of an ASUS GL502VS but I have found others having this issue with various models. Basically what happens is that Windows 10 build 1903 is pushing a BIOS update. And for me and others that BIOS is preventing startup when various SSDs are in the secondary port. For me its the Samsung 860 EVO. If I remove this drive then I can boot fine but in the end it required a roll back of windows and the BIOS file. I just received the notice to upgrade builds a few days ago so Im not sure how they're releasing it but this is just a friendly warning.
