Is there anywhere I can get a copy of the latest patch notes ...

I only have access vie my phone and the formatting of the official post is so bad I'm seeing a single column of letters instead of readable content

All those links just bring me back to the same lost here on the forum which is where I'm having the issue of bad formatting for mobile devices

Download Chrome and use option of Request Desktop Site.

With a quick google search, I don't see any other sites that have the patch notes posted.

Try the desktop version/full site on mobile, or try a different mobile browser.

Out of curiosity, what mobile browser are you using that its messed up the formatting that badly?

Tried Google Chrome , boat browser and maxi browser

It's not the whole thing that's miss for attend just sections of it

It's where Gina has use the step in for sub categories ...some of them are so far stepped in they're just showing a single column of letters
