Vet Blackrose Prison Trophy Bug

I completed vet black rose prison start to finish for the 1st time 8/25/2019, I got the title, skin, & achievement, but not the trophy. I am a completionist and that is the only trophy I do not have. I finally completed vet blackrose prison & I feel devastated that it glitched & did not give me the trophy I worked hard to earn.
