Can't log in because it thinks the account is Steam

My friend tried to log into another friend's account to help with some things (maybe to get the daily reward and do stuff because they're away) but she couldn't log in because their account is linked to steam and my friend's isn't, she just launches the game with the launcher. The problem now is my friend can't log into her own account because the stupid thing is asking her to log in through steam, even though ESO isn't even linked to steam in any way. She's uninstalled steam, uninstalled ESO, and reinstalled ESO, and she still can't log in. Can we please get a fix for this asap?
