Get logged out when dying during combat...

I often get logged out when I die during combat. When it happens it's like everything stops and I cant use any skills and then after a minute or so, returned to login screen.
This is so strange, what could be going on here. Without addons it still happens, so dont think that is the cause. Anyone else seeing this?
