Poor Jilarga. I'm just glad the Widow Granger isn't close to a wayshrine as she looks out over the ocean. It's sad enough that her husband died at sea, and she has no money, and only hopes to sit and talk with you for a moment. But still if I'm up there, some $%^* will stop by and slit her throat.

Hmm... maybe she gets to glimpse Mister Widow Granger for a moment before she's sucked back to Tamriel to live again.

Who?? Sorry, but the only NPC I recognize there (and run away screaming from) is Stuga.

I hate going to that Wayshrine there’s always stupid duelling going on there. For the record I love duelling but I hate seeing it near wayshrines.

There is an NPC that’s worse off than Jilarga ... that poor Minotaur that stands by the wayshrine near the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary.

Literally gets his a** beat every time a player goes to (or comes from) the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary.

I suggest we trade the ability to kill her with Stuga. I’d kill Stuga if I could. Repeatedly too.

Stuga is the NPC that says “Do YoU kNoW hOw lOnG iVe bEeN lOoKiNg fOr yOu” whenever you're there and a few other cities.
