Power Surge (sorc Storm Calling skill) bug after scalebreaker patch
The updated power surge skill is only supposed to heal you on critical heals according to the tooltip, but I noticed that it is healing me when I get light or heavy attack criticals as well. Here is a screenshot of my LUI extended floating combat text showing a 4k power surge heal from a heavy attack. I'm using a lightning staff and have no healing skills that could be causing the heal. Is this an incorrect tooltip or is it a bug that light and heavy attacks are also proccing the heal?

Yeah I just came back to post that after thinking about it a bit, it seems that critical leech is proccing the power surge heal somehow--I didn't know that could happen.
