Addon to change the color of party member life and crown ?

Hello,
As title said, I would love to know if you know an add-on who can allow me to turn the life of my party member (the one in their head, not the one from group on the left) to another color of my choice.
Same for crown of party leader, white crown on white objective is a bit tricky, would love to change this color as well.
If you know a light add-on who can do that (not a whole UI change) I would love to know !
