AoE's Failing to Cast

First noticed this last night, but seems worse today. All ground-targeted abilities are failing to cast maybe 25% of the time. This happens with Scalding Rune, Lightning Flood, and Storm Atronach. I have Quick Cast Ground Abilities setting On, and have never had an issue with any of these abilities before. It seems to be worst in trials (Sunspire), but I've noticed it happening in housing instances as well with a lower frequency (about 5-10% of casts fail). Enemy-targeted abilities are not affected, and skills such as Unstable Wall work fine (still a ground AoE, but not targeted like the ones I listed above). Does not seem to be a ping or packet loss issue, since both are fine, and other skills work reliably. This is also not affected by bar swapping, I've seen skills fail to go off several times while staying on one bar. Please fix this issue, it is very frustrating trying to keep a tight rotation for the new set Z'en's, and being constantly disrupted by skills not working.
